You can reduce your stress levels from DEFCON 2 to DEFCON 5 by following these tips. Remember though I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV.
Toss away the double mocha latte and rum punches first. Coffee, chocolate and alcohol are evil. In fact bundle them all up and send them to my PO Box, I'll take the hit for you, but seriously, these items may give you a quick boost but in the long run will just make you more irritable.
A better alternative is to drink lots of water. You can even pop in one of those tiny umbrellas if it helps.

This green yuck is high in folic acid.
Now we're talking! Beef is high in zinc, iron, and B vitamins. I didn't see potatoes on the list, but I guess 1 out of 2 is ok.
Vitamins B2 and B12, protein and calcium. They say low fat, I would recommend against it, but like I said my degree is in being lazy and fat not medicine.

High in protein and calcium, I think we'll pass.

Vitamin B2 and E, as well as magnesium and zinc, almonds are high in fat, but most of the fat is unsaturated. This and the next item are the ones they always show in the commercials about lowering stress.

So for the fat and lazy, a diet of beef, blueberries and almonds will lead to nirvana.
My kind of diet.
In a realistic world blueberries and corn flakes in the AM instead of the donut coffee combo, and munching on almonds instead of pork rinds at your desk at work will make you feel less stressful. Plus as many placebos do, they will make you feel better.
