Looking to eat the worst possible stuff for you. Follow this guide and fill your arteries and enlarge your stomach. Eaters beware (I have no medical background)!

General Foods:
French Fries: 540 calories (Large; McDonalds)
Anything fried have trans fats. Polyunsaturated fats easily become rancid when exposed to oxygen.

Doughnuts: 300 calories
Fried, full of sugar and lots of yummy trans fat. Store-bought doughnuts are 35 -40 percent trans fat.

Candy Bars: 220 calories (average)
Sugar, sugar, sugar and lots of fat.

Soda: 150 calories
One can of soda has 10 teaspoons of sugar and is loaded with artificial colors.

Bacon 150 calories (3 strips)
It's not really a meat. As many as 95% of the calories in bacon come from animal fat.

Chips: 150 calories
Chips including corn chips, potato chips, tortilla chips are high in trans fat.

Snack Cakes: 106 calories
Yummy fake whipped cream and loads of sugar, flour and flavoring.
